WAV Products LLC ships flat rate to all 54 states/territories of the United States. Orders will ship out as fast as possible, as this is a small business run by one person, shipments may vary although we strive to get every order out no later than 5 business days after purchase. WAV Products LLC does not guarantee delivery dates for any shipments.

RETURNS

Life’s too short not to be happy…. and if you’re not happy with your purchase – then we're not happy! However, that being said – we’re a small business and would appreciate the respect of our strict return policy stated below.

Any WAV Products purchased from our store may be returned to us within 20 days of original purchase for a full refund or exchange voucher equal to the value of the item (s) you ordered. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for packing and shipping the products back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns after more than 20 days of purchase.

Customer is responsible for paying return postage. We encourage trackable shipping for items over $50. We are not responsible for lost or damaged in transit shipments.
